This is a crane's-eye view of the first of many buildings being erected as part of the regeneration of the Gascoigne Estate. This building is one of six within the first phase and will contain 108 homes. It also comprises the energy centre for the whole estate.

The construction method utilises a continental framing system, which makes for a rapid construction programme - let's hope we can keep up!
