Naish Court, Islington

About:

We collaborated with PTE to design the masterplan and the architecture for the regeneration of this mixed tenure, former council estate. The dwelling sizes range from one person apartments to seven person houses.

We used planes of brickwork – red around the perimeter, yellow in the development’s core – with ‘punch-hole’ windows throughout. Generous landscaping and panels of cedar cladding provide a soft edge to the streetscape.
