This new mixed use development in the heart of Dalston in LB Hackney will be comprised of 39 new homes, 50% of these are affordable, with over 4,000m² of commercial space and newly landscaped public areas. Three buildings between four and nine storeys make up the scheme.
The inclusion of the site within a proposed extended conservation area has informed the design of our buildings, allowing the existing character of the local area to be reflected in our detailing, materials and key proportions of the buildings. Our design reflects the larger industrial warehouse buildings within the conservation area through brick cladding, recessed glazed green brick and decorative metal panels.
