We’re delighted that our plans for Forster House in Bromley have received planning consent. The scheme for Phoenix Community Housing will deliver 23 new homes, all of which are affordable social rent – an increasing rarity in today’s property market. The new building infills a vacant site next to an existing housing block, with landscape improvements to the frontage and a new courtyard to the rear.
