Olympic House, Brent

This project involved the refurbishment of a 1970s office building next to Wembley Stadium to provide a ground floor reception and three levels of offices for Network Housing Association. Our brief asked for a contemporary, flexible, modern, state-of-the-art workplace reflecting the organisation’s changing needs and aspirations.

The design was developed following extensive client liaison meetings and user group workshops, which gave a clear understanding of Network Housing Association’s working methods and future needs. The project includes a public reception area with interview rooms, training and conference facilities, open plan office floors, breakout areas, restaurant facilities, meeting rooms and directorate suites. We worked on the project from its outset, and undertook spatial analysis, layout design, decant program, detailed scheme design, IT integration and furniture specification.
