What we do

As architects, landscape architects and urban designers, we create award winning buildings, living landscapes and thriving urban spaces, using inventive design to solve real life challenges. Each of our projects is different but the driving force behind every one is the desire to create an environment that is inherently beautiful and functional.

How we work

Every one of our projects starts with the people we’re designing for. We work side-by-side with communities and clients, to find out what they want, what they know, and what they need.

In 1968, Levitt met Bernstein, and set up an architectural practice committed to designing better social housing in north London. Since then, we’ve designed hundreds of places to live, work, care and create, winning many awards in the process.

Project Stories

Our projects span a range of sectors, but all are united by a commitment to design quality. Here, we tell a selection of their stories.

We don’t just design buildings, we set standards and shape opinion too. We’ve contributed to books and papers, guidelines and reports. Our work has been in press and it has helped influence Government policy.
