This is our competition-winning proposal for 150 temporary homes and live/work units, a community centre, and open space on a contaminated riverside site. To complement future proposals for the Royal Albert Wharf area, we utilised innovative offsite construction methods to eventually allow for homes to be easily disassembled and moved elsewhere. Homes have been embedded into the landscape through an extensive boardwalk, ground remediation, and ecological strategies.
