Our landscape architects and urban designers are collaborating on a new public realm strategy for South Thamesmead. We will identify new public realm enhancements as part of a new strategic vision that ties together existing housing stock with new regeneration plans. This is a hugely influential piece of work – lifting resident aspiration for how their public spaces can perform, fostering new activity and playable space, and improving the level of safety and legibility.
