Most of our design work uses 3D modelling so a knowledge of Revit is an advantage for all architectural positions and excellent design and strong communication skills are essential.

For all new staff, development starts with a thorough induction and skills assessment to determine training requirements. Our structured annual review process includes goal setting and an individualised training programme, whether for software, management or project-related skills.

Previous experience of working in a similar environment is required, preferably in architecture, design or construction. Attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines and good communication skills are key.
