Join Our Team

Would you like to create award-winning buildings, spaces and landscapes? We offer a collaborative and creative environment, attractive salaries and benefits and opportunities for real career progression.

Most of our design work uses 3D modelling, so knowledge of Revit is an advantage for all architectural positions, and excellent design and strong communication skills are essential.

We strongly believe in promoting careers in the built environment, and we offer work placements for local students and contribute to career fairs and mentoring programmes.

We welcome speculative applications from talented people keen to join our teams in London and Manchester – please get in touch at jobs@levittbernstein.co.uk (attachments are limited to 5MB maximum).

Due to the high volume of applications we receive, unfortunately we are not able to respond personally to everyone. If we decide to move forward with your application, we will contact you within three weeks.

Career development

We ensure that everyone in the Practice has the tools and confidence to grow continually. For all new staff, development starts with a thorough induction and skills assessment to determine training requirements. Our structured annual review process includes goal setting and an individualised training programme, whether for software, management or project-related skills. Our mentoring programme offers staff one-on-one access to someone who can provide more structured support and advice as they progress in their career. We encourage a culture of active learning, which allows the Practice to stay abreast of current thinking. This is facilitated by our CPD programme, knowledge-sharing sessions, 2i project reviews and targeted training.

Social and wellbeing

Our social and wellbeing groups, made up of volunteers from across the Practice, organise regular events and activities, ranging from parties to charity lunches. There are also opportunities to join various sports, such as softball, yoga, football and our running club. We have five trained mental health first aiders and organise wellbeing walks and talks.

Culture and benefits

Our benefits include remote working, flexitime, profit share, study trips, enhanced pension contributions, permanent health insurance, group life cover, an employee assistance programme, a cycle to work scheme, Techscheme, research opportunities and more!

Levitt Bernstein is an equal opportunities employer, and we are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion and welcome applications from all members of the community.
