An exciting buzz continues in Manchester...
I had the pleasure of joining a roundtable at the new Enterprise City UK festival on Tuesday evening. The event was focused on what makes a creative workplace; how social and technology changes have led to changes in attitude, and how people interact and perform at their best. Chaired by Creative Review, the diverse panel of professionals was made up of traditional 'creatives', what some would consider 'non-creatives' and researchers, making for an insightful and fascinating discussion. It was a pleasure to hear Vaq Farooq from Shoosmiths explain how they have embraced an adaptable, non-desk led environment that prioritises the wellbeing of employees.
Creative Review have produced a special report on the subject in partnership with Allied London, which is due to be published shortly.
