We are delighted that Hazelhurst Court has been selected as a Regional Finalist in the 2020 Civic Trust Awards. These awards recognise projects that have made positive contributions to the local communities they serve through sustainability, inclusiveness and accessibility. This project transforms an underused site to provide 100% affordable extra care apartments in LB Lewisham.

Hazelhurst Court has also been selected as a Regional Finalist for the Selwyn Goldsmith Award for Universal Design, which commends spaces that are responsive, flexible, welcoming, easy to use and occupy; allowing all to use with dignity and equality.
