The London studio cooked up a marvellous Mediterranean mezze today to raise money for the RUSS Community Land Trust. There was creamy cauliflower, super salads and delicious desserts galore!

Next summer, RUSS Community Land Trust are self-building a community space which will give local people and volunteers an opportunity to learn about sustainable construction methods, ahead of the construction of 34 self-build sustainable homes on the site in a few years’ time.
