Please join us on Tuesday for an engaging ‘HAPPI Hour’ talk, organised by the Housing LIN, that will focus on two exemplary HAPPI-inspired housing schemes: Carlton Dene in South Kilburn, London, and The Courtyards in Preston.

Clare Murray, Gillian Harrison and I will discuss these projects and the foundations of ultra-low energy design and social sustainability, reflecting on the unique considerations when designing for older residents. We'll be joined by Liz Alvey, former Project Manager for the Older Persons Housing Programme at Westminster City Council, to provide the client's perspective for Carlton Dene.
