Great news last week that the Labour Party has committed to scrapping Permitted Development Rights (PDR) for office to residential conversions. As a result of the research we’ve done and the examples we’ve exposed, the Guardian invited us to give our reaction to Labour’s decision in an opinion piece. It was published on Saturday and follows a short BBC News item we filmed with Mark Easton last month.
