Today is the last day of Mental Health Awareness Week. The theme this year was ‘Loneliness’ so our London and Manchester studios have been organising daily group activities ranging from architectural walks and picnics, to sessions on relaxation techniques and self-massage.
We believe that supporting all our staff is key to a healthy workplace environment, and these activities work in partnership with the other staff benefits we offer, including flexible working, flexi-time and mentoring, and Mental Health First Aiders at all levels of the Practice. We recognise the impact of loneliness in the workplace and how important it is to connect with each other.
