My studio is collaborating with artist Carolyn Defrin on an installation exploring how creative conversations can be stimulated between young and old. A swing structure will encourage people to come together and share stories, with a view to understanding how such playful and reflective conversations might inform the design of future intergenerational housing schemes.
The installation forms part of three artistic projects that investigate how the arts provide ‘relief in need’ for Hammersmith United Charities’ local communities, as part of their 400th anniversary celebrations.
