Open House London will begin tomorrow, Saturday the 19th of September, and run for a little over a week. Despite obvious limitations imposed by Covid-19, their team has still managed to put together a creative programme which includes a mix of building tours, self-guided walks, online events and original films. They have also written a new book, the Alternative Guide to the London Boroughs, and created a series of models of iconic London buildings which you can make at home.

We would recommend a visit to Aberfeldy Street in Poplar, which has recently undergone a colourful transformation; tours are being led by Jan Kattein Architects and Meanwhile Space CIC. More information can be found here.
