We had some great news last night – the Eastfields Estate regeneration in Merton, that we’ve been working on for the last three years in collaboration with Cullinan Studio and Proctor & Matthews, received Outline Planning Permission. It was a late decision (11.30 pm) but actually very smooth in the end and there were some really nice unsolicited compliments from committee members on our design.

A really big thanks to everyone who has worked with us on the scheme over the last few years, including the client team at Clarion Housing Group, our fellow consultants and especially the residents of the estate!
