Last week, our proposals for the Bampton Estate were granted planning approval by unanimous decision.

The project, part of LB Lewisham’s New Homes, Better Places programme to deliver 500 new council homes, will provide 39 one bedroom HAPPI flats for the over 55s around a landscaped courtyard, together with a new ball court, road improvements, new pedestrian paths and a new cycle lane. These much needed flats for social rent will also help to free up larger homes in the area.
