The Guardian interviewed me and Clara Bagenal George from Elementa, on behalf of the London Energy Transformation Initiative (LETI), about the proposed changes to Part L of the Building Regulations. We explained why this would likely result in a step backwards, in a climate where we need a huge leap forward. We are calling for a strong consultation response by the industry on Part L, with a dramatic shift needed – or else we will not meet our climate change targets.
