We are pleased to announce that our scheme Reardon Court was granted planning permission this week at committee by unanimous decision. The scheme is for Enfield Council and will provide 70 fully affordable, extra care homes for older people. All homes are dual aspect, with views out into the courtyard spaces and adjacent park. The project involved the complete redesign of an existing planning consent from a standing start to full planning in under 15 weeks.

A huge well done to the full team, especially Joe C, Banah, Dan T, Gina, Jessica R, Rachel P, Suzanne, Jessica M, Visakha, Simon and Irene. We are carrying through on the working drawings starting in the new year.
