Last week, a group of us went down to the Redbrick Estate to check the progress on the residential buildings and the soon-to-be-finished community centre. The works on site are progressing smoothly but at high intensity, as handover of the community centre is imminent. Watch this space for further updates!
There is a gorgeous 360° view of central London from the top of the reinforced concrete frame. Shame the roof won’t be accessible due to the 30m height restriction – this may be one reason why I would consider being part of a roof maintenance company… hang on a minute, I have vertigo!
