Renamed ‘Weavers Quarter’ to reference the site’s history, the first three buildings of the multi-phase development are well underway with the main structure completed and windows installed. Now, the brickwork is being erected and interior fit-outs are progressing rapidly. This part of the scheme will create 290 new homes, split between shared ownership and affordable rent.

We are delighted the project is due for completion in the summer, with another 91 homes over two more buildings following shortly thereafter.
