With the scaffolds removed and the hard landscape starting to be finished, we are getting closer to the completion date at Sumner Road in LB Southwark.

We took advantage of the sunshine and went to check on the green podium courtyard, and although the plants were craving water – as we all were – it is obvious this area will be a fantastic space for the residents. In addition, from the fourth floor communal rooftop of the private block, you have a great view over the courtyard, as well as of the Shard and city!
