Me and the RideLondon team are gearing up for our cycle this Sunday... Far from a gentle weekend amble, it’s a 100-mile challenge around the (flat) closed roads of the capital and the (hilly) roads of Surrey – to put this into context, Box Hill is significantly steeper than any ramp allowed under Part M!

But the punishment to our thighs is all for a good cause – we’re raising money for Shelter and the incredible work they do for homeless people around the country.
