The Aberfeldy New Masterplan has been shortlisted in three categories of the annual New London Awards: Masterplans & Area Strategies, Mixed Use and Public Realm. This project extends our original Aberfeldy masterplan, which has provided 900 new homes, to deliver a further 1,600 homes and a range of new facilities for local people, creating a new neighbourhood in LB Tower Hamlets. We're delighted to be collaborating with Morris+Company, ZCD Architects and LDA Design, and working for a fantastic client, Aberfeldy New Village LLP (EcoWorld and Poplar HARCA).

These awards, presented in association with the Mayor of London, "celebrate all scales of projects, from community-led to large-scale mixed-use developments, both built and unbuilt, that contribute to and enhance our vision for a New London: a city that is sustainable, civilised and egalitarian, that seeks to improve the quality and standards of new design."
