Our Hythe Mills student housing project is on site and progressing at pace. The building will occupy a former print works site in the historic port area of the town, close to the nearby University of Essex campus. The new building will provide a mixture of 229 student rooms of varying types as well as high quality study and social spaces and facilities.

The new building, situated beside the tidal River Colne, takes influence from the original brick industrial waterfront, with the accommodation pulled apart to create a series of distinct wharf-style buildings.

The project is due to open in September 2019.
