We are pleased to announce that Upton & Raynham was granted planning permission last week. The scheme, developed for Enfield Council, will provide 134 new homes, commercial and flexible community spaces, landscape amenity areas for residents and a new public square that will solve the existing access issues around an 18 storey residential tower block that will remain on site. The landscape and public realm was developed by OKRA.
The project involved the complete redesign of an existing Stage 2 scheme developed by other architects, with a really tight programme and challenges on the planning side. Huge thanks and well done to the team, including Mark T, Giovanna, Rosa, Rebekka, Vicky H, Lewis and Simon L.
