The theme for this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week was nature, so our in-house wellbeing group invited everyone to meet for a stroll and encouraged us to notice, think about and appreciate our natural surroundings.
We organised six walks across London – ranging from Walthamstow Wetlands to the Thames Path to Alexandra Palace – on two different Friday afternoons. It was great to be out and about and to catch up face to face, yet socially distanced.
A lovely time was had!
