Following the regeneration of the Golf Links Estate in Ealing, we were appointed to design a new linear park. The park is a key green corridor, both within the estate as well as as part of a wider strategic network linking to the centre of Southall.
A nearby Thames Water easement has introduced an industrial design aesthetic. To complement this, we designed robust landscape detailing and several bespoke features, including a large timber pergola and concrete feature wall with integrated signage. These help denote a very distinct landscape character and sense of place. A strong avenue of trees references the easement, while planting offers year-round colour and wildflower meadows provide high biodiversity values.
