Following our completion of Stonyhurst College's estate wide development masterplan, we were commissioned to deliver the first phase project; a new boarding house in their listed old infirmary building.
The project involved careful internal reworking of this unique building to provide contemporary facilities that met current high quality boarding demands. The 23 bedrooms are each ensuite and consist of single and twin rooms. There are also two staff flats, a social lounge and kitchen and laundry facilities. The project was designed and delivered within a very short programme, opening in time for the new school year.
