Rose Hill, Oxford

About:

This project forms part of the first phase of a wider housing programme by Oxford City Council. The two sites will provide a total of 43 new affordable apartments, all of which will be dual aspect to allow natural cross-ventilation and avoid overheating.

Massing has been carefully refined to minimise impacts on surrounding homes. Pitched roofs have also been designed to reflect the character of the surrounding area and to maximise the potential for photovoltaic panels, with electric car charging points incorporated to further enhance long-term sustainability.
