Valentine Court is one of several infill sites that will provide new, affordable housing within existing estates in the London Borough of Lewisham, typically on land with council-owned garages.
The project will provide 41 new homes comprising of local authority rent and shared ownership tenures. Four new sites were identified across the existing estate and through rigorous site analysis we have developed a proposal to stitch the new buildings into the urban grain of the existing blocks. This will allow us to introduce new and more meaningful courtyard spaces. Wider improvements will also upgrade the existing amenity available to residents, as well as traffic calming measures and pathways to promote safe movement within the estate.
