Our Torrington Place project will provide new exemplar teaching facilities for UCL in Fitzrovia. The refurbishment of the ground and basement floors allows for improved utilisation as the existing layout is replaced with flexible rooms, clear wayfinding and circulation paths, and incidental work areas, illustrated by the image above.
