We recently submitted an entry for the Home of 2030, a design competition instigated by MHCLG that hopes to drive innovation in the provision of affordable, efficient and healthy green homes for all.
Our submission focuses on a flexible, tenure-neutral house aimed at the mass market. AGILEhouse (Age-friendly, Green, Intelligent, Low-energy and Environmentally sustainable) is capable of achieving densities only normally realised by apartments and is suitable for a wide range of locations. The principles and most of the features are transferable to other housing typologies too.
