This sketch is part of a feasibility study we are doing in Rochford, Essex, where we are looking to densify certain areas of the town centre and utilise underused areas of land. The historic context and the relatively low rise nature of Rochford is a major consideration for the design process, and so we produced several iterations of these drawings to determine the mass and height.
