We are developing the design of the community centre within the Redbrick Estate in Old Street. Entirely clad in zinc, the front façade will wrap upwards to create a saw tooth roof, eventually folding at the rear to create a virtually continuous surface.

The scheme also includes residential units across three buildings, retail spaces and new public landscape areas.
