We are pleased to announce that our new masterplan for Aberfeldy Village has been shortlisted for a Community Engagement Award in The Pineapples. These awards, organised by The Developer, celebrate making places 'where people thrive with an emphasis on the social and environmental impact of a project’s design and development.'

The new Aberfeldy masterplan is a 20-year regeneration scheme in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets developed by EcoWorld London and Poplar HARCA. We submitted a new masterplan last year which focuses on stakeholder engagement and the community being able to co-design. We are pleased to be working on this exciting project with ZCD Architects, LDA Design and Morris+Company.

Shortlisted schemes will be presented in front of an online audience at The Pineapples from 23-27 May (register to attend here) with an in-person awards ceremony on 6 July. Until then, you can find the full shortlist here.
