We are delighted to announce that two of our projects are in the running for this year's Housing Design Awards: Melfield Gardens in LB Lewisham and Manox in Manchester.

Melfield Gardens is an intergenerational development for older people and students, with generous communal spaces, designed to a Passivhaus standard. At Manox, we are redeveloping a former factory site to create a neighbourhood of 410 family-focused, sustainable homes, alongside commercial space for local businesses.

The winners of this year's awards will be announced at the ceremony in July. In the meantime, you can find the full shortlist here.
