Valentine Court – an infill development that will provide new, affordable housing within an existing estate in the London Borough of Lewisham – has received planning permission.

We identified four sites across the estate and developed a proposal to stitch the new buildings into the neighbourhood. When completed, the scheme will provide 41 homes alongside new courtyards and play spaces and improvements to existing communal facilities.

Our landscape proposals will enhance the biodiversity and strengthen the local green infrastructure network within the Valentine Court site. We also plan to move vehicular movement to the edges of the estate to allow for a greater connection between both sides through central green spaces.

The entire design process has involved extensive community engagement, both online and face-to-face, to ensure residents could help shape the development. We're delighted with the result, as is our client, Lewisham Homes.
