Looking back on 2019

It's been a busy year for our Practice. We saw many competition wins and projects completing, including this and this, to name a few. Our formal partnership with Shelter came to a close, where we raised £25,000 over a year. We launched a campaign to end PDR. We signed up for Architects Declare and went on strike for the climate. We partied in both summer and winter.

We also won several awards, including a Civic Trust Award, finalists in the AJ100 Awards and Highly Commended for Education Estates' Architectural Practice of the Year. We sponsored the always excellent MIF. This year has also been challenging, with our friend and colleague James passing away in October – he is greatly missed.

We are incredibly proud of the fantastic work that has completed this year as well as what is on the drawing board for 2020. We look forward to sharing this with you soon! Merry Christmas from all of us and a happy New Year.

Please note that both our London and Manchester studios will be closed from 6pm on Monday 23 December and will reopen on Thursday 2 January.
