It is Mental Health Awareness Week. In the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, it is more important than ever to not just be kind to others, but show yourself kindness, too. From enjoying nature to making with our hands, there are many things helping us to feel better during lockdown – some of which we have shared in the image above.
There are many good resources available; as a starting point, we would recommend the COVID-19 Support Toolkit from the Architects' Mental Wellbeing Forum, as well as Working from Home: 5 Ways to Wellbeing, a (free) course from Alturist Enterprises that provides practical tips for staying well at home.
