In my new role as Chair of the NLA's Expert Panel on Housing, I was tasked with summarising the discussion from our rich and varied first meeting. The debate was marked by an overarching aim of a recalibration in the sector to ensure the quality, accessibility and resilience of all homes we are designing and building today, for tomorrow.

There are six areas of focus, which I have summarised on the NLA’s website here. These will become key themes for research, campaigning and exploration over the next year, through this Panel and the across the NLA programme as a whole.
