We are delighted to share that Sutherland Road has been shortlisted in the Waltham Forest Design Awards. These awards celebrate quality architecture and landscape design within the borough.

This scheme provides 59 affordable homes, a shared communal garden and health centre on a site in Walthamstow, previously occupied by semi-derelict industrial buildings. Following the residential-led redevelopment of other nearby sites, there was an opportunity to continue the regeneration of the area and better serve local residents.

For the first time ever, the public can vote for their favourite project from the shortlist. Please consider voting for Sutherland Road via the 'Cast your vote' button. Voting closes 22nd October 2021. Winners will be announced at a ceremony in November.
