There are just two weeks left until the The Housing Forum 2021 National Conference, which is taking place on Wednesday 20 October. This year's theme is 'Fit for the Future' and will focus on taking opportunities and tackling challenges, providing a catalyst for continued progress across housing.

I will be speaking about a new report launch, called 'Procure it Right, The Housing Forum’s guide to collaborative procurement'. This is the output of the working group comprising representatives from over 20 THF member organisations from across the housing sector, including our Practice. This guide encourages a shift to a value-based procurement process and a move away from reliance on minimum cost and minimum standards.
